Music you released before signing, independent projects outside the scope of the contract, or work you do under a different name are not affected by this agreement — only the works you agree to release under Lunovia are subject to the transferred distribution, marketing, and licensing rights. Full scope and duration details are laid out in the artist contract you'll receive once your demo is accepted; this contract isn't public and is only shared with artists who join our roster.

Net revenue earned from platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube is split between the artist and Lunovia Records at a rate that favors the artist. The exact split is specified in the artist contract you receive once your demo is accepted.

Payments are made regularly to the artist's declared bank account within a set period after distributor reports reach us. Exact payment schedules and minimum thresholds are detailed in your artist contract; feel free to reach out to support@lunovia.com.tr with any questions.

Our artist contracts run for a fixed term and can renew under the same terms unless either party gives written notice of termination before that term ends. You'll find the exact term length and renewal conditions in the contract shared with you once your demo is approved.

Works that stay above a certain performance threshold during release may continue to remain in the Lunovia Records catalog even after the contract ends. Works below that threshold are returned to the artist along with their ISRC codes and can be re-released through another distributor of your choice.
