A demo submission does not constitute a release agreement or contract accepted by Lunovia Records.
Submitting a work creates no contract, partnership or release commitment between you and Lunovia Records. An agreement only comes into existence through a separate artist contract signed by both parties. If your submission is accepted, we will contact you by email.
A demo submission does not mean that the copyright or economic rights in the work are transferred to Lunovia Records.
All rights in the work you submit remain with you (or with the actual rights holder). At the submission stage Lunovia Records exercises only a limited right to review the work for evaluation purposes; it acquires no right of reproduction, distribution, public performance or adaptation. Any transfer or licence of rights arises only through a separately signed artist agreement, and only to the extent set out in that agreement.
A demo submission creates no exclusivity for either party.
While your submission is under review you may continue to present your work to other labels, distributors or publishers; you do not need our permission to do so and it does not invalidate your submission. Equally, Lunovia Records continues to work with other artists and to release music in similar genres during the same period. Exclusivity arises only through a separately signed artist agreement, and only to the extent set out in that agreement.

Lunovia Records has the right to review submitted content against musical quality, technical suitability, strategic considerations and other criteria.
Factors that may be taken into account include: production and mix/mastering quality, genre and catalogue fit, release schedule and capacity, the artist's existing audience and working discipline, and how promotable the work is. The weight given to each factor varies by submission and does not create a binding ranking.
Submitted demos are reviewed only by authorised individuals, and only for the purposes of the review process and related operations.
Your submission is not published on any public page; it is visible only in our admin panel and only to authorised team members. Files are stored so as to be protected against unauthorised access. They are not shared with third parties for any purpose other than the review.
⚠️ Please note that this is not a non-disclosure agreement (NDA); the "independent development" clause in section 11 below applies.
Lunovia Records is under no obligation to respond to, or release, every demo submission.
We listen to every submission individually, but we do not commit to a specific response time. Depending on volume, a review can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks. Re-sending the same work does not speed up the process.
The decision to reject a work is entirely at our discretion and we are not obliged to give reasons. A rejection is not a general judgement of the work's quality; it may simply reflect catalogue fit, release scheduling or genre focus.
Beyond an acceptance or rejection notice, we do not commit to providing detailed artistic feedback, mix or mastering notes, or an assessment report. Where we do offer comments, they do not constitute a service or consultancy.
By submitting, you declare that:
You remain legally responsible for any consequences if these declarations turn out to be inaccurate.
We may request documentation: where necessary we may ask you for documents evidencing your ownership or the clearances you obtained (a contract, a permission letter, a sample/adaptation licence, contributors' consent). If documentation is not provided, the submission may not be reviewed or the process may be halted.
⚠️ A review is not a verification of ownership. The fact that we listened to or reviewed your submission does not mean we have confirmed that the rights in the work belong to you. The declaration and the responsibility regarding ownership remain with the submitter at every stage; acceptance of a work does not remove that responsibility.
We receive many submissions in the same period and also develop our own projects. It is therefore possible that a work similar to yours in theme, genre, title or approach is developed independently by us or by another artist. Such similarity does not mean your submission was used and does not, by itself, create any claim.
We do not treat a submission as a confidential disclosure of ideas. If your work contains an unreleased element you want protected, we recommend discussing it with us in writing before submitting.
No account is needed to submit a demo. The name, email, country/city, social link and description you provide in the form are used only to review your work and respond to you.
⚠️ Team notification: when a new submission arrives, a notification is sent to our team, and that notification includes the name/project name, email address, the country and city given and the social media link. The notification channel runs through a provider established abroad, so a transfer outside Türkiye takes place in respect of that information. The notification lands in a closed channel visible only to team members and is not published anywhere public. Full breakdown: see the cross-border transfers section of the KVKK Disclosure.

Submitting the form using automated tools or repeatedly within short intervals is technically blocked. In cases of systematic misuse, your submissions may not be reviewed.
In the following cases your ability to submit may be temporarily restricted or your submissions may not be reviewed: re-sending the same work repeatedly at short intervals · using automated tools or bots · using the form to spread irrelevant content, advertising or links · submitting someone else's work without permission · providing inaccurate contact or identity details · content that harasses our team. Any restriction is applied proportionately and only for as long as necessary.
