Before a release goes out to distribution you now confirm your rights in one screen.

Fixed an issue where email verification codes were rejected as already expired. Codes now work for the full 10 minutes. The same fix applies to password reset and email change links.

Sign-in protection now works per account instead of per network.
• On a VPN, campus or office network, someone else's failed attempts no longer lock you out

• Your contract is now required before submitting a release, and the dashboard always tells you where it stands
• If a release is declined you now see the reason — in your dashboard, in Track Stats and in the email
• Permanent link to your contracts in the sidebar

Artist invites are now personal instead of one shared password.
• Every accepted demo receives its own one-time code, valid for 45 days
• The code arrives in the acceptance email with a direct sign-up link

Sending a demo is now its own page and handles large files.
• Uploads up to 300 MB — full-quality WAV masters go through
• Track title, country and city fields added
• Errors now appear next to the field and your answers are no longer cleared
• Your submission reference code can now be looked up by our team

Four new documents explain how the platform works: Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Demo Submission Terms.
• The cookie policy lists every cookie we use — there are no tracking or advertising cookies
• Fonts are now served from our own servers, so no requests go to third parties
• Sign-up now asks you to confirm the terms

Your full track now unlocks on its release date instead of the day it is approved.
• Before the release date, listeners hear a 30-second preview
• Streaming links appear once the release is out
• You can always play your own track, at any time

Roster, events, merch and press were rebuilt, and three new pages joined them.
• New pages: Awards, Hall of Fame and Brand Assets
• Lunovia Verified badge for approved artists

• Search and genre filtering on the roster

Each language now has its own address — for example /en/roster and /de/roster.
